| DotXtra.net does not tolerate the transmission
of spam. We define spam as the sending of Unsolicited Commercial
Email (UCE), Unsolicited Bulk Email (UBE), as well as unsolicited
newsgroup advertisements, Instant Messenger advertisements,
or Windows Messenger pop-ups. We will not allow our servers
and services to be used for such purposes. If DotXtra.net
receives legitimate complaints at Abuse@DotXtra.net, DotXtra.net
will re-direct the site and email boxes associated with the
domain name in question for a period of no less than 2 days.
The registrant will be required to respond by email to DotXtra.net
stating that they will cease to send spam and/or have spam
sent on their behalf. DotXtra.net will require a non-refundable
$100.00 reactivation fee to be paid before the site or email
boxes are reactivated.
In the event that DotXtra.net receives further legitimate
complaints after the site has been unlocked the first time,
DotXtra.net will terminate the hosting and email boxes associated
with domain name in question. The domain name in question
may also be canceled by DotXtra.net, if DotXtra.net is the
registrar.
If the domain name in question does not have a hosting account
with DotXtra.net, but is registered with DotXtra.net, DotXtra.net
will re-direct the DNS and email boxes associated with the
domain name in question for a period of no less than 2 days.
The registrant will be required to respond by email to DotXtra.net
stating that they will cease to send spam and/or have spam
sent on their behalf. DotXtra.net will require a non-refundable
$100.00 reactivation fee to be paid before the domains DNS
and mail boxes are reactivated.
In the event that DotXtra.net receives further legitimate
complaints after the domain name has been unlocked the first
time, the domain name in question may also be canceled by
DotXtra.net.
